Openhouse Build my site — freeBuild — free

Free to look · pay only to publish

Your finished website, before you pay for it.

Tell us your business name and your trade. We build the whole site — real pages, real words, photography chosen for your trade, your hours and services on it — and you look at every bit of it before you spend a penny.

Start here — two fields

No card. No account. No call. You pay only if you decide to publish it — from $59 a month, cancel any time, or £49 in the UK. Rather be done with it? $599 once covers the first 12 months, with no monthly fee.

A hairdresser laughing in her bright salon, scissors in hand, before the first client of the day.

§ 01 — how it works

Everybody else sells you a project. We hand you the finished thing.

A project starts with a brief, a quote, a deposit, and a question you have no time to answer: so, what did you have in mind? Then six weeks. Then a revision cycle. Then an invoice with a monthly line on it, forever. We took all of that out. You give us two lines, we build the site, and you judge the actual site instead of a promise about one.

A dog groomer smiling beside a small terrier on her table, in a clean, sunlit grooming room.
  1. STEP 01

    You give us two lines.

Your business name and your trade — plus one way to reach you, an email or a mobile, whichever you actually read. That is the entire brief. No questionnaire, no mood board, no discovery call about your brand values.

  2. STEP 02

    We build the whole site.

Real pages, written words, photography chosen for your trade, your services and hours, a contact form that works, laid out narrow-screen first. Finished — not sketched, not wireframed, not “directionally”. Then you open it on your phone and push every button on it.

  3. STEP 03

You publish it — from $59 a month.

Pick a plan and it goes live: your domain connected, your round of changes made, hosting running. $59 a month and cancel whenever you like, or $599 once, and the twelve months that follow are already paid for. Don’t like it? Close the tab and pay nothing. That is the entire negotiation, start to finish.

Nothing to brief. Nothing to imagine. You see the whole site finished, then decide what it is worth.

§ 02 — evidence

Three of them are open right now.

Not screenshots. Not a carousel of thumbnails. Three complete sites, built the way yours will be built, running on the same system that will serve yours. Open one on your phone. Push the buttons. Send the contact form to yourself and watch it arrive. This is the standard you get to judge before you pay.

    A hair salon.

The whole business is a chair, a window and forty-five minutes. The site has one job: get somebody to hold a slot before they change their mind.

    A contractor.

Nobody browses a contractor at leisure. They are standing in two inches of water. The site answers do you come here and can I reach you now above the fold, on a cracked phone screen, one-handed.

Yours gets built the same way, with your trade in mind instead of somebody else's. Build mine — free

Written for your trade, not for “small business”.

Every trade gets asked a different question by its customers, so every trade gets its own page here — what your customers look for, what goes on your site, and a finished one you can read before you decide.

§ 03 — the bill

Starts at

59 US dollars per month

Cancel any time, by email.

$59/moUnited States, Canada and everywhere else
£49/moUnited Kingdom — billed in pounds, not converted

Or pay once — $599, and no monthly fee. $599 is about ten months of $59, and it covers twelve. Twelve months of the monthly plan comes to $708, so paying once keeps $109 in your pocket and leaves nothing to cancel. In pounds: £499 once, against £588 over a year. You choose at the moment you publish, not before.

14 days to change your mind Full refund, no reason required — on one email to contact@openhousesites.com. Back to the card that paid it.

  • The finished designBuilt for your trade, not dropped into a template with your name swapped in.
  • Your contentServices, hours, area served, what you actually do — written, not left as placeholder.
  • Mobile-first pagesComposed narrow first, because that is the screen your customers are holding.
  • A contact form that worksMessages land in your inbox. Not in a dashboard you will never log into.
  • SEO setup and local business schemaSo search engines know what you do, where you are, and when you are open.
  • Your own domain, connectedThe one you own, or one we point for you. Live under your name.
  • Hosting and SSLIncluded on both plans — twelve months of it if you pay once, and for as long as it runs if you pay monthly.
  • One round of revisions when you publishSend your changes in one go and we make them. If we read your trade wrong, we would rather know.

No retainer. No lock-in. No seat licences, no growth plan, no quarterly call with an account manager. After the first year, keep it with us or take it anywhere you like — it is yours. And none of this costs anything until you say publish.

§ 04 — what it costs to look

Nothing.

Saying yes is not permanent either. 14 days to change your mind, refunded in full.

Building it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. If you decide against it, the site is simply never published, and you keep the ten minutes you spent looking. We keep a finished website nobody will ever see — which is our problem, not yours. We chose to build first because a site you can read beats a quote you have to imagine.

§ 05 — straight answers

The five questions everybody asks.

What do you need from me?

Your business name, your trade, and one way to reach you — an email or a mobile. Everything else we can read from your public listing: address, hours, the services you offer, the same details your customers already use to find you. If we get something wrong, you tell us and we fix it.

Can I change things?

Yes. One full round of revisions is included when you publish: words, photos, colours, sections, the order of the whole thing. Send them in one go and we make them. Nobody knows your trade the way you do, and the site should sound like you.

What if I already have a website?

Then you are in the strongest position of anyone reading this. Put them side by side, on a phone, and keep whichever one wins. If yours wins, keep it and pay us nothing. That is a real outcome and we are entirely fine with it.

Who owns it?

You do, from the moment you publish. The domain, the pages, the words, the files. Not a licence, and nothing here holds your own address hostage — on either plan. If you ever leave, you leave with the site.

What if I pay and regret it?

You have 14 days from the payment to change your mind — the first monthly payment counts as the payment. Email us and we refund it in full, in the currency you paid, to the card that paid it. No reason to give, no form, and no call to talk you out of it. The site comes down and you owe nothing.

Free to look · pay only to publish

Start with your business name.

That is genuinely the whole thing. Two fields here, one way to reach you on the next screen, and we build your site. You read all of it, on your own phone, on your own time — and then you decide whether it is worth $59 a month.

Start here — two fields

No card. No account. No call. From $59 a month if you publish it — £49 in the UK, cancel any time. Or $599 once: about ten months of $59, and it covers twelve. 14 days to change your mind either way.

Had an email from us?

Then your site already exists. The link in that email opens it — or type your access code in here.
